I want to discuss a concern or complaint with someone at Otley Netball Club

If you wish to discuss your concern with a specific member of our team (coaches or committee) then you can contact them directly to arrange a time to meet to raise and discuss a concern. 

We have found that arranging a chat or more formal conversation is the best way to open a positive, solution focused dialogue. It also avoids miscommunication, hurt feelings, emotional messages and knee-jerk responding in this digital age.

Please note that our members, parents and volunteers are all advised to respect our volunteers by using appropriate channels (official emails and Heja) to arrange these meetings and to act with respect and kindness to one another. Please do not send full details of concerns or complaints via email directly to volunteers and simply ask to arrange a time to discuss in person.
